At Ariela, each creation is made to order in our ateliers by artisans specializing in bead embroidery. More than 20 hours of craftsmanship are required to bring each bag to life, carefully crafted especially for you.

We have chosen a mindful production approach, without mass production. By creating each piece only when it is ordered, we help reduce overproduction and material waste, while ensuring the care and quality that every creation deserves.

Shipping Times

Your bag is carefully made especially for you and shipped within 10 to 20 business days.

Depending on order volumes, your creation may be shipped sooner or may require slightly longer in order to preserve the quality of our craftsmanship.

Shipping is complimentary.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with their protective dust bag.
